Forza 2 : If we could pick the cars ...

im now on my 3rd "really into forza 2" stint as im determined to finish the game

just reading the post about the new march pack and somone mentioned they would love the cossie so not sure if this has been done recently (if at all) but id like to give every one 3 vots on cars they want to see in the game if Turn 10 decided to do the top 10 cars people wanted

if this has been done before then feel free to beat me with sticks

if its not then ill start by picking 3 cars and then ill keep editing my original post to update the votes for cars (or not if no one bothers)

current list (top 10 requests win !)

3 Ford Escort Cosworth
1 Metro 6R4
1 Mercedes E-Class Coupe w124 (i own 2 of these cars)
1 Austin Allegro
1 Vauxhall Viva
1 Fiat 126
1 Golf G60 Rallye (my mate coppen has one of these)
1 BMW M3 E30 (already in the game)
1 Audi S2 Coupe
1 1993-1998 Rover Coupe
1 BMW 1 Series Coupe
1 1969 Chevy Impala
1 RS Escort
1 Mk11 Astra GTE 16v
1 Fiesta XR2
1 Robin Reliant
1 1978 Asutin Mini
1 Brum (some dodgy 1930's car!)
1 Lotus Elise SC
1 1979 Chevrolete Monte Carlo (Alonzos "office" in Training Day)
1 Escort RS Cosworth
1 Seirra Cosworth 4x4
1 Ford Escort Mexico
1 Polo G30
1 Austin Princess (from Terry and June!!!)
1 Droopsnoot Firenza
1 TVR 350i
1 Fiat Mirafiori
1 Renault 5 Turbo (already in the game)
1 Mk 3 Escort RS Turbo
1 Bugatti Veyron
1 Peugeot 205 T16
1 Land Rover
1 Range Rover
1 Transit Van
1 Escort Van
1 London Black Cab
1 MK1 Golf Campaign

sorry did not update sooner by this page was not refreshing on it own!

so the escort cossie is the only car with multiple votes

No not brown, actually it was a rather fetching metallic blue with a vinyl roof.

Re: Forza 2 : If we could pick the cars ...

Golf G60 Rallye
BMW M3 E30
Audi S2 Coupe

3 of my all time favourite cars.

If they added those I'd drive nothing else, apart from maybe the R8

Really? Which one?

I've only bought the DLC Pack with the R8, which I think was the last one before the March Pack.

Cheers,

suprised its not been in a game already - VW's nardo concept was everything a while ago so surely they're open to licensing the Veyron.

Maybe Polyphony have got bagsies on it - they've already secured proper F1 cars by all accounts with the euro version of GT5P getting Kimi's F2007.

Actually, it is already in a game. Need for speed pro street has it/will have it as downloadable content.

Re: Forza 2 : If we could pick the cars ...

I'd lke to see 'proper' cars in there. Any/all the Cosworths, 4x4's such as land rovers, range rovers, rav 4's etc, Tranny vans, escort vans, black cabs etc etc and I'd like to be able to tune the pips off them all.

800bhp, 4wd tranny anyone?

What a tool, I already have the M3 E30 from the December Pack.

Now I've succeeded in making myself look like and idiot my work here is done.

I'm off to thrash it around Maple Valley

Re: Forza 2 : If we could pick the cars ...

Im another for the Escort Cosworth (says so in my motto, lol), + all the other RS's would great.
205 GTI (owned one) have to have the Mi16 & T16 engine/drivetrain swaps swaps.

Cant think of much else i'd really like but always would love a F1 car, couple classics + modern one would be nice. However a whole new car class would be required for that. wont happen.
Bring on the Cossies.

You've not played pro street have you - you're the lucky one, possibly the worst game on the 360, think it bypassed EA's QA dept completely, it must have a frame rate of...erm...well at least 10...

No, I havent.

As much of a gear head i am, and I tend to drool over body kits, paint jobs etc., I am really dissapointed in EA for making me wait another year for the next release. The final nail in the coffin for ProStreet for me was the exclusion of replays. What were they thinking?! Whats the point of modding your ride and drifting around corners, if you cant see yourself in dynamic cams later???

The last nfs or any car modding game ive played was Underground 2, so you can tell how itchy i am to get a decent release to play. Im thinking of grabbing Most Wanted off the bargain bins, but that's just a thought.
