Wonder if anyone can assist me.

When i go to the forzamotorsport.net site and sign in, it comes up in the top corner with "Get your Gamercard", and gives me the option to sign out. It looks as though i am "half logged-in", but not fully. When i click on My Forza it tells me about signing on my XBox and updating my account info which i have done. It says this on their website:

Q: How do I link my Gamertag to my FM.net account so I can download photos?
A: To link your Gamertag to your Windows Live ID email, please go through the following steps to verify/update your Xbox LIVE Contact Information:
1) Hit the Xbox 360 Guide button and scroll to the right until you reach the “settings” blade.
2) Select “Account Management”.
3) Select “Contact Information”.
5) Enter the account information for your Windows LIVE ID and then select “Sign In”.
6) Your gamertag will now be linked to this Windows LIVE ID. Use this ID to log in to Forzamotorsport.net and navigate to the “My Forza” tab to retrieve your Photos.

I've done all this and still no joy. However, when i go on to the forums on their site, my Gamertag appears!! Strange...

Anyone had the same, or have any suggestions?

I've got the same problem and have had since launch.

There is a big thread on the forza forums with quite a few people affected

Yes the forums work just not My Forza

Sorry guys, can anyone shed any more light? Bit fed up of this situation as i want to link my account up and look at my photos and my movies. Have e-mailed the Forza guys but doubt i'll hear anything back...

Turn 10 have now fixed this and i can finally log into my own pics and videos
