Where has everyone decided to pre order from?

Also, why did you choose there? Price / reliability / delivery?

Amazon, as the LE version was only £49.99 plus nectar points.
Shopto maybe cheaper but I nver had a problem with Amazon (barring the actual 360 launch debacle but once they'd given me enough grovel vouchers i was a happy bunny once more

)

I'd like to get the Limited Edition from Blockbuster.co.uk, but every time I try (and no matter what credit card I use), I just get an error message telling me to contact Customer Services.

But despite my emails to them, they seem to think that ignoring customers is the way to go....

Shopto standerd edition, gone for UKMail delivery cos of the RM strikes. hopefully they will post as soon as they get stock in, like OP flash they posted it out tueday

I ordered from Shopto with the TNT delivery, because I read UKmail had some problems earlier this week. With delivering another new big game, which meant some people did not get the game due to a delivery delay.

But the people who got affected had to wait until today.

blockbuster.co.uk are doing the LE for £39.99 (or were yesterday)

i still havent decided whether to take the plunge. forza 2 plummeted in price so quickly after it came out and i do have Grid barely touched, DiRT 2 with a ways to go and Shift which is ok for now and barely touched.

i still have to work out for myself whether the LE is worth it. i got the LE for FM2

and that was not worth it.

if i do then decide to get it do i pre-order with game, use my points and maybe trade one of the many games i've got lying about in order to make it a reasonable price or do i pre-order from blockies, have a slightly longer walk, don't benefit from points for cash but benefit from a cheaper in-store price to start with and then get a bit more cash off by trading in one of the many games i have lying around. It's a tough old life

So I tried SWMBO's c/card and using her work laptop (it's also on a seperate internet line at home) and still the same issue.

Anyway, I've given up on BB and I've pre ordered from Game @ £34.99.

Got an email from game to say they have dispatched the LE!

" *Please Note: If your Special Delivery Order is despatched on a Saturday or Sunday it will not enter the Parcelforce or Royal Mail networks until Monday and so will not be delivered until Tuesday at the earliest."

I wonder how all the other shops will react to Game being allowed to dispatch so early, because I feel it is harsh for the companies like Shopto, Play, Amazon and so so forth.

Got my dispatched email this morning for the Limited Editon. So depending on the postal strikes it should be here soon. For Fifa my dispatch email came the tuesday night , and my game arrived friday morning, hopefully it will be quicker than that.
