One of the best weeks ever for DLC, which follows many disappointing weeks. The Rise Against tracks were some of the highlights in earlier GH games. Really like the Kings of Leon as well. Perhaps the standout for me is the Lush track - I've always liked them since I was into Britpop as a teenager in the mid 90's. Maybe I would of preferred a more recent track but Sweetness and Light will do nicely. Drummer Chris Acland's tragic suicide in 1996 brought Lush to a premature end.

The Rise Against pack for me! If RB were to get Tool then there would be no need whatsoever for me to want GH:WT.

I might pick up Sex on Fire just for a party song, as it's something everyone knows.

Bet Molly's Chamber is the most fun on guitar. Sex on Fire is a better song but it'll be mostly chords.

How do people preview songs before they buy?

Just The Music // Rock Band® seems to be blocked for non-yanks, so is it dodgy YouTube vids to see the charts and get a sample?

Try YouTube, can't speak for drums or vocals but Nalopean handles expert guitar and S1ckH4ndsBass expert bass. Videos are normally up a couple of hours after release.

And they're anything but dodgy, in fact HMX are very appreciative of them...

Well i'll be the first person to put a hearty

for some Rancid content. I'm not too sure how well their music will translate but I love the band so will probably pick these up regardless.

Rise against stuff should be good if the charts are good.

Sex on Fire is one of the most annoying songs iv had the misfortune to repeatedly hear for a long time so will avoid that like the plague, I do like their older stuff though, so some of that would have been better IMO.

A big thumbs up for the Rancid tunes from me too! 'Time Bomb' was one of the first singles I bought!

I hope they bring out some more Rancid as they've got a cracking back catalogue. Better still, they could just release '...and out come the wolves' as an album.

It's so annoying having to wait until pay day (next Friday) to be able to buy some points. I'm dying to get these Rise Against tracks

In other news, A Perfect Circle - Judith has been announced for GH5. I'm praying this means that RB will get it at some point too. Please don't let GH get APC and Tool as exclusives.

The only reason GH got Tool is because they bent over backwards to accomodate their restictive demands (including only being able to play them in that silly venue that gives my friend motion sickness).
