im not sure if this is the right place to put this but im going to put it here.

i am using a pinnacle dazzle DVC-100 and pinnacle studio 10 to record game footage from my xbox 360. Well i recorded some videos on rock band 2. They are vocal videos and the words are very blurry. i was wondering what settings(sharpness contrast ect...) i should put to make the video clearer.

I would try searching the forums over at ScoreHero (both the Guitar Hero and Rock Band sides) as there seems to be plenty of discussion about the Dazzle hardware over there (can't find a specific thread though).
