What is meant when people say they are impoting songs from various rock band games ie from 1 to 2?

If you own RB2 and have access RB1, you can go onto the XBL Marketplace and pay for a code (I think it's around £3 or £4) and it allows you to import most of the songs into RB2, so you no longer need the RB1 disc.

You can pay 400msp (I think) to transfer most of the RB1 songs to your hard drive (about 5 dont but cant rememebr exacts, Enter sandman and Run to the hills are 2) you can then use these songs in RB2 without haveing to change discs.

You can do this with the AC/DC pack but you dont have to pay any extra you get a one time only transfer code with the game.

The 4 tracks that cannot be exported from the Rock Band disc are:

Run To The Hills
Paranoid
Enter Sandman
Monsoon

The AC/DC and Track Pack 2 discs contain a code on the back of the manual that allows the owner to download all the tracks that are available on that disc (as one file) for use in Rock Band or Rock Band 2
