Windows Media Centre Question

Right,

after reading that it seems to be the done thing that you stream your music and videos and images etc through to your Xbox from your laptop, I thought it would be a good idea to finally sort this out for myself.....

...However it would appear that my laptop is not being recognised by my 360..... I have checked the Network map and it shows on my laptop that it is picking up a signal from the Xbox?!

Please note my Laptop is wirless and my Xbox is wired, does that make any difference? Is there a step by step for idiots to help me sort this problem out?

Thamks in advance.......
