windows 7 media center & xbox360 and media browser front end help

windows 7 media center & xbox360 and media browser front end help

Hi all i was woundering as windows 7 is out soon when you install it and then install media browser from here

media browser

to have a fancy top front end media centre can you run media browser on the xbox360 ?

what i mean is will the front end of media browser look the same and run the same on the xbox360 as media centre on windows 7 front end runs on the xbox360 and i was woundering if we all can get the high quality front end from media browser on the xbox 360.


anyone tried it and whats it like and if it does work how do ou get different info for your movies and sereis ?


also i know you can not play mkvs or can you if not can you use somthing like mkv2vob to make them play or is there a way to play mkv files ?

You need to give "everyone" access to the mediabrowser folder in program data (hidden folder by default)

Have mediabrowser working on my 360 and loads up but i'm using homeplugs and the bandwidth is total crap so it's very very slow loading cover art and info.....way to slow to play mkvs so I can't answer you other questions.
