xbox 360 tv capture

hi the kids are getting on my back to find out how they can capture the game while playing it

would this work i have not got a clue what i need any help would be great and get the kids off my case

what game are they trying to capture?

Some games like forza and pgr4 have it build in the game to record videos of your sessions iirc

I am pretty sure the adapter you linked will not work as it only does 24fps and call of duty 4 + 5 are much higher than this
