xbox 360 capture card trouble

hi all,

i just got a leadtek winfast dtv2000hplus capture card so i can record my COD 4 gaming, but when the card and the 360 are set to PAL-60 the picture is very blury PAL-50 works fine but most games wont support it. i am new to this kinda thing so if anyone can help that would be great.
