Keeps defaulting back to DTS & Dynamic range

My add on last night kept defaulting back to DTS and Dynamic range on the audio options.....does anyone know how to make it stop doing that?

also if i pause a film, then switch over to tv and then back again, it restarts the xbox - very annoying, anyone know how to stop this also?

cheers
