Does my warranty run out in May or December?

Hey,

Had the box sent back twice, not sure if they've renewed the warranty for a lonnger period as a good will gesture, maybe some of you may know.

It says:

Warranty Start: 12/2/2006 8:20:00 AM
Warranty Expiration: 5/12/2009 7:59:59 PM

Now, are they using the american format?

Month, Day, Year

Or the UK formate

Day, Month, Year (The way that makes sense and that it should be

)

You've got until December.

You get between 3 and 6months added for each repair depending on the fault. But how you got it until 2009 is a mystery. I'm guessing you paid for a 3year warranty.

Didn't pay a penny.

I had 2 months left on the 3yr RROD warranty, so told them it had a red ring and sent it back.

It came back 2 weeks ago, lasted 2 days and broke again, so had to send it back of and it came back yesterday.

Kool, december isn't too bad, glad they gave me a nice warranty

Woner why they gave me 10 months warrant.

Are you sure it runs till December? Mine expired in December and is in US format.

No, it's UK format, or atleast all of mine have been in UK format. Mine expired on 26/02/2009 before I got it repaired.

I'm just as baffeled then lol

Hopefully I won't need to find out, and at the end of the day if it runs out and I can't get it replaced, it's an excuse to buy a 120GB elite or something
