Re: Sound dropping during DVD playback, please help!

What type of TV do you have? I have a Hannspree that drops audio during quiet movie scenes and it takes 'till the volume increases for a few seconds before it actually starts outputting sound again. I bought a surround sound system and now all is well

If it's not your telly I'm not sure what it'll be, sorry! Someone else will hopefully be able to help more than me though

Re: Sound dropping during DVD playback, please help!

just in case anyone else has the same issue - i worked out that if i switch my TV's output to something else like Digital TV and then back to HDMI I get sound on DVD playback via 360. Not sure why but i can live with it working that way....
