Do I pay for the UPS postage when returning?

Question Do I pay for the UPS postage when returning?
I have a 3 light RROD ready to return to MS via UPS. I know the repair should in theory be free, but do I pay for the delivery costs? If so, how much does it tend to be?

they should email you a label to print out and stick on a cardboard box (which you'll have to provide). Then just ring them and arrange a collection.
