You have only been gone a couple of days....

So my 360 died on Sunday (3rd time), rang MS 1st thing Monday morning and Mr UPS (Nearly said DFS....) came today to take it to hospital in Germany. Sigh, I'm must be a sad old Git. I miss it already, talking to the mrs, flicking around the channels in a vain attempt to find something to watch....

Mind you Oz & James helped tonight, sooo funny it was like I was lifting my glass with them, Whoops I'm off the wagon then. Was good to read posts of 7, 10 days return.. But with the weather dunno when my mine will come back.

I really don't know what the point of this thread is.. Maybe, even though the it poops me off sometimes, the games & XBL is second to none for a gamer.

Come back soon 360, I miss ya, and so does er indoors...

Time to play on the PS3 for a week or two. I have MGS4 in reserve for the dark day that my 360 would ever die on me.

I feel your pain. These 9 days have been so incredibly dull, the highlight of my evening quickly became Masterchef at 8.30pm on BBC2

I also haven't rowed with my girlfriend so much in a long long time! I feared a stake through the heart that night I suggested going out to buy a replacement 360..

Blimey, was bored (Wonder why) and just checked the UPS tracker.. My 360 is now in Germany, pretty good going so far. Holding out hope for a return by the end of next week.

To the members of the AVF Miss My 360 Germany councilling service I can say that it has been 4 days on the wagon.... Can't wait to get off.

My 360 is on the way back to me, but now the UPS is saying it's scheduled for Friday, and not tomorrow (as it had been for a few days)

I don't suppose anyone with any experience can give me some hope that it may still turn up tomorrow? I can't stay in all day Friday and even worse I have a night out to attend Friday night

Why oh why UPS couldn't it have stayed at being delivered tomorrow?!

My 2005 went to 360 heaven in 2008, and my 2007 is in at the moment.

yup, same thing happened me..i even had mine back fixed and MS were emailing me that they hadn't recevieved my xbox...takes them a while to catch up...

Woohoo, just got my 360 delivered by UPS

If I'd have known it wouldn't be delivered till 2.30pm I wouldn't have got up so damned early, but hey it's here! I got 1 months worth of Live too which is better than nothing.

As I'm typing this my cat is currently licking the side of the 360... have they welded the new motherboard with tuna or something?

Yeah don't take what it says on UPS's tracking system to be gospel. Last night at midnight it said it wouldn't be delivered until 6/2/09 (Friday) - it was only out of sheer intrigue I thought I'd double check it this morning at 8am and it said it was going to be today instead

I must say I was quite impressed, it took exactly 6 days for it to go, and for them to send me a new one, falcon without hdmi as my one was a 2006 build without hdmi, only thing my original console was slightly quieter !

Last time I had an email saying my console was fixed, the status was still 'Awaiting for Device....'

Got an Email from MS tonight confirming they have my 360. Thanks for the support chaps, had a crap year so far so was expecting this to go wrong..

Anyway, it has been rushed to intensive care and being soothed by some nurses dressed in a carry on nurse kinda way, and it's about to get a bedbath. Kenneth Williams is gonna give it a good going over later...

I got it at ~ 11:35pm yesterday (05/02/2009).

My 360 is a girl I'm sure of it, you can tell by her shapely curves.

Oh and the fact she sometimes refuses to play with me and storms off in a bad mood, the incessant droning/whining. She's also been known to get hot flushes on her face.
