I tried watching american gangster tonight, and it wouldnt play at all, then tried evan almighty, played for 5 minutes then froze and wouldnt play again.Is my hd-dvd drive buggered? if so, how do i get it repaired? i havent used it since the NXE update, could this be the problem?

This might sound silly but you could try the 5inch drop... (breakages at your own risk mind )

I had it where my hd-dvd drive on the xbox wouldn't play any warner bros hd-dvd at all, just said there was no disc in drive, played all other studios tho. Thought I had been shafted but xbox as it was the first week I had it.

Then a friend said to try dropping it, I did and it worked fine from then on....

I don't know why or how but it sorted it!

Before you do this tho you could try totaly removing it from the xbox and powering it down and then restart it, this could work.
