RGB scart and RCA audio

Hi

I plan on using my 360 with a CRT using RGB scart - but my TV speakers are pretty weak so I want to get sound to my hi fi's amp and speakers.

It looks like the official Microsoft scart lead doesn't have any RCA leads.

The Joytech scart does, but one reviewer on Amazon says that 'the lead is switchable between 21 pin SCART or SVHS + separate audio'. Does this mean that you can't get RGB scart and RCA audio at the same time?

And how does the picture quality of third party scart leads compare to the official one?

Thanks!

Galilee
