I hate Microsoft

My Elite has broken for the second time. And there saying as it's not the red ring it's out of warranty!! I only had it sent back a few months ago. And the repaired ones only have a 90 day warranty. I had to send 3 premium xbox's back before i bought the Elite. I thought they'd sorted all this stuff out? Everyone I know with a 360 has sent 1 or 2 back at some time.

Rant over!!!!

PS3 here I come!!!!!

Re: I hate Microsoft

Correct me if I am wrong :-

Elite launched about August 07 ?.

If this date is correct, hell would have to freeze over, before I gave up and said I thought I had gotten good value for money out of a console that cost approx £250 and lasted less than 18 months.

Irrespective of what the reason is for the current failure, I would reject this under the sale of goods act and if necessary I would either take MS or the retailer to court, along the lines of the small claims route.

I say MS or the retailer as I would probably have to clarify via trading standards which one was responsible, especially as the unit has already been repaired once by MS.

Re: I hate Microsoft

When (if) you get it back, sell it whilst it still works and get a PS3!
