As title, I would like my chatpad to be black to match my controller and xbox elite. I have been looking around the web for info on how to do this and have found it is best to dye the plastic rather than paint it. Anyway I have been told to use vinyl dye to turn the plastic white.
I have found this product on ebay but am unsure if it is the correct stuff.

I would just use an acrylic primer first, then regular car spray paint.

In my experience the die method comes out patchy.

Thanks I will give that a go tomorrow then and see what happens.
