I'm going to be buying a 360 this week, but due to all the problems with reliability I was wondering which retailer has the best rep for dealing with returned units (just in case) - any suggestions gratefully received. Thanks

Game, 1 year replacement but I went for a 2 year guarantee for £22 extra, they work with Allianz insurance company.

No two years, but that also covers accidental damage, ie punting it down the street.
