Please help someone

OK so I called the 360 costumer service and they told me that they would be sending my UPS code via e-mail. So I've recieved it but when I click retrieve your UPS return label is comes up on a page saying this:

Error: Unable to retrieve the UPS label information. Please check the retrieval link.

Can anyone help me please?
