HD-DVD drive given up the ghost?!

Hey guys,

I was watching a DVD at the weekend on my HD drive, half way through there was a "clunk" and then a really loud vibrating noise! Now whenever I load a disc into the drive it sounds like a pnumatic drill and the drive phisically moves along my shelf due to the vibration!!!

I'm guessing that's it knackered

I bought it from Currys last December (for a then-bagainous £90 ), so I'm gonna take it back today. I'm hoping there's a way of getting a replacement but I highly doubt it... but I'm sure if they can't replace it they HAVE to refund me? The full £90?!
