Star Trek problems on HD-DVD drive

Star Trek problems on HD-DVD drive
Hi

Hope someone can help. Just recieved Star Trek HD-DVD but when the drive tries to read the disc it just comes up with ' disc unreadable'

Anyone please have any ideas

i had a similar problem with a matrix hd-dvd, i took mine back in the end
its most probably a faulty disk. so nothing you can do
