Not sure if this is the best place, but I would like replies from people with the xbox drive on a pc.

After spending a few days trying to satisfactorily playback from my XBox drive, I think I finally got it. However, I have one problem with Blade Runner. The DVD does not start with the menu. It goes straight into the film. As a result, it shows subtitles and I can't turn them off. I can go to the next audio and subtitle stream but not switch subs off.

I have also tried King Kong and that works fine. It starts with the menu and can select audio and subs in there. Both discs are UK.

Is this a problem with hooking up a xbox drive to a pc or with PowerDVD 7.2 itself?

Can't you access the title or root menus from PowerDVD?

I think it's the eighth round button from the left.

No. I click on them and nothing happens.

It was a powerdvd issue. I upgraded to PowerDVD 7.3 (was 7.2) and now the menus work in Blade Runner.
