Newbie question but looking for a simple answer

Hope someone is familiar with this TV.

Toshiba 37X3030DB. I basically play sound out of my Xbox through the T.V. And quite simply I want to know what is the best sound setting to use?

Thanks, Chris.

Re: Newbie question but looking for a simple answer

just select stereo in the xbox 360 audio settings.
if you arent playing through a surround, then stereo is fine, through the tv(as it has only 2 speakers),as picking anything else, might still give you sound, but it may miss some out.
