my new xbox scratched assassins creed.

since buying an xbox on 20th december, i have already had to replace it once because it didnt turn on properly first time. i opened my new one today, played a few hours of assassins creed and low and behold, i started to get a disk error message. so i took the disk out, and there is a perfect circular scratch around the outside of it. i didnt move the console whilst the disk was in before anyone asks. so looks like im going back to currys AGAIN to get it replaced, do you think they will replace it for me ? or will they be funny about it since ive already had one replacement? i think they have to replace it, because its within the 28day period since i bought it. does anyone know what currys are like for replacing products? tehy were fine with me before. ed.

Re: my new xbox scratched assassins creed.

U can replace faulty stuff all u want within the one year warranty, within 28 days u can get a refund. If u also got Assassins Creed from the same place u should be able to get that replaced as well.
