Can I buy the Nidec fans?

Can I buy the Nidec fans?
Just got a new (Falcon) Premium, but fan noise is still the same. I care less about the DVD drive noise (sound is up anyway when playing) but I would like a more silent 360 at the dashboard.

I know there are three different kind of fans (Nidec ++ , Sunon + and DC Brushless (mine -). Does any1 know of a place where I can buy the Nidec fans and install them myself?
