I'm sure this has been answered before but please bear with me on my first post.

I have just bought an XBox 'super' Elite 250Gb and want to get the best display. This replaces my 20Gb unit which I still have and is connected using the same set up ie VGA HD AV Cable (Microsoft) going to a LG Flatron W2234S VGA input only monitor. Sound is fed to an external 2.1 system. What I want to know is can I improve on this visually without massive outlay? I would like to move to a larger screen - say 24"- so would a HDMI capable monitor or a 1080p capable HDTV be of significant improvement? Or should I just be content with the current set up?

1080p on a screen that small wouldn't be that great. Everything will be smaller, better looking but smaller. The dash wouldn't be easy to Navigate too.
