New 360 no longer resets when TV switches off/on

Could this be a new feature in the Jasper motherboard or is it because Im using an official MS audio adapter instead of a ripped open component cable.

Im using the same HDMI cable and slot as the old 360.

Its no big deal but sometimes I had the habit of turning the 360 on then the TV causing it to reset.

its down to the new(ish) dash update and the auto detect display selection in display properties, actually working correctly now.
