New Rules:

Unfortunately, with cables going missing there needs to be some new rules implemented. Apologies to genuine people but please read the following to ensure you are eligible before requesting to be added to the list:

To be eligible to be added to the list you must have a minimum of either 250 posts OR iTrader rating of 5

Cable MUST be sent 1st class recorded delivery and the tracking number must be sent to the person you are sending to.

When a cable is received, finished with and posted this thread must be updated to let everyone know where we are at.

In order to keep things flowing nicely, it is requested that you complete the transfer as soon as possible whilst getting the kit sent back out straight away. It is suggested that once you have given your details on for the cable to be sent to you, you should prepare in advance for passing it on, e.g. have a jiffy bag ready for when you are finished.

Hopefully this will reduce the waiting time for other members

When PMing me with your address, please head the PM "360 Migration Kit" and begin the context with "Hey hunnybun". If you have sent me a PM with your address already, and i have asked you to please read post 1, you now know why!

***NEW INFO - General areas of requesters are now entered on the list. This will help move kits between people who are closer together geographically. It will also help to recognise if local collection/drop off is an option. If you request a kit could you please scan the list first and see if there is a kit nearby, then let me know in your request. If you would not like this information of yours on the list, please state so in your request also. Thanks!***

FYI - Migrating to New HDD on New Machine

If you are transferring to a HDD on a whole new machine, you will need to transfer your licences over once migration has finished. Please follow the link to find out how to do so.

(This is one of the new kits, it doesn't have 120G on the sleeve so I assume it works with all the new drives)

I'll have to be taken off the list for the time being until I can get hold of a memory card as I've racked up a few hours of MW2 on the new hard drive and don't want to lose the save.

If you have saves on the HDD you are transferring to, i would suggest borrowing a memory card to put those saves onto before doing the transfer.

I cannot be 100% certain that by using the cable to transfer old to new, that the saves on your new will still be there after the process.

Cable received, thanks bud. Will try and get it done tonight and pass it on. I don't think there is anything on the drive I am transferring to so I assume everything on my old drive will go across incl saved game data and all I will have to do afterwards is the drm thing ?
