Hi,

I have just purchased a refurbished xbox from game. I have plugged my network cable in and pressed the text xbox live connection, seems to pass the test then says theres and update that needs to be installed.

I press ok and I think it must start downloading the update, 5minutes or so in it says cannot install the update, restart console and test xbox live connection.

tried it 3 or 4 times now with the same result.

Can anybody give me and any advice as to where I may be going wrong.
