Have been in contact with microsoft about my wireless wheel its one of those that needs a retro fit because it could go up in smoke

Ive had my wheel since 2006 and have had no problems with it up until now when every so often the d-pad / triggers/ buttons would stop working not sure if its related anyway they are going to repair it i just wanted to now if anybody has had there wheel repaired before and how long did it take.
