Your order for GTA IV special edition on Xbox 360 is currently in "back order" status. This means that we are waiting for stock to arrive from our supplier. To process your order smoothly, payment will be requested in the week leading up to the release of the product. As detailed in our terms and conditions we do not request payment until the product is allocated so you should ensure that the payment can be completed successfully. Please note that incomplete payment will unfortunately result in the cancellation of your order and we will be unable to reinstate the order for you (please see our customer service page for further information on pre authorised transactions

Your despatch confirmation will be sent to you in an email. To make sure all orders are despatched quickly the confirmation may not be sent until after your order has left the warehouse so please do not panic if you do not receive the despatch confirmation until very late the day before release. All efforts are made to ensure orders leave our warehouse to reach you on the day of release. We unfortunately cannot guarantee the arrival prior to release day. Please note that the XBox 360 Live 3 month gold membership will be included in your delivery.
Please note that if you have selected your local zavvi store to have your ordered delivered, your order will be despatched to the store separately with an invoice and will not be part of the stores allocation. Please ensure you inform the store you are collecting an on-line pre order and not a store pre-order.
