ok maybe this is a bit of an obvious one but if i bought an xbox 360 game from america, would it work on mine backin the uk?

some are region free but most dont mate. if you know what one youre after then youre best checking on the internet first before you deck your money out

Only one I know is 100% compatible is Ghostbusters. Not sure about the rest though.

Google the title of it with "Region Free" and you should find an answer.

America is NTSC , the UK is PAL under normal circumstances they will not work ... but if they are region free then they will

Ridge Racer 6 & Crackdown are also region free I believe (at least they both worked for me!)
