from what ive seen it looks like standard movie game fodder to me.

i really thought this game was finally going to buck the poor movie tie-in trend but it appears not.

I played the demo in 3D at the MCM Expo this year.
Although I didn't play enough to get a feel for the game, the 3D element is pretty much awesome.

For me, you can keep your motion sensitivity etc, but 3D looks like a step for the future of all games as I felt it did enhance the experience.

As for the game itself, like I say, I didn't really get enough time to make a judgement, but it looked fairly nice and seemed to play pretty smoothly, but from what I've read in a few reviews, it is a bit lacking overall.

This game has been released though? Not December 30th?

I ordered it for the girlfriend on play.com a couple of days ago (When it was on sale for the day at £17.95) and it says it's been dispatched?

I'm keen to hear if anyone has managed to play it in 3D at home

How was the movie? I'm gonna go see it next wednesday I think. Want to take the girlfriend before giving her the game.

I spoke to the guy running the demo, and he said 3D will be added to more and more TV's, it will take the same breakthrough period as HD, and once it becomes more common, the majority of games will be released with 3D option available, and it really does make it awesome to see bullets flying out of the screen at you!

I thought it was incredible, probably the single most impressive and immersive movie experience I can remember.
Quite a few impressions are coming through from people that have now seen it
