Wow that looks good and some nice different gameplay elements.

Some cool stuff can be done with the grappling hook.

Does look outstanding especially the bit where he attaches the bad guy to gas bottle, god there are some amount of decent games coming

Dont really look any/much better than the old Just Cause, but to be fair that still looks outstanding anyway even today.
