With the release of Modern Warfare 2, CoD Arcade is now available as a download code in the Hardened Edition, but it is not yet on the Marketplace despite being released on the PSN Store (I think it's £11.99).

If it's available as a download code on the 360 and PS3 and is available on the PS3's store, how come it's not on the Marketplace yet?

Has been pulled on the PSN, as it apparently should have never have been for sale but only available to those with a voucher form MW2.

I see. I believe a fair few people purchased it too.

I was surprised to hear it was on the PSN Store when it was meant to be a timed exclusive for the Hardened Edition. It is supposed to be coming to the Arcade though and I reckon it will follow Battlefield 1943 and cost 1,200 MS Points.

this should be good fun. loaded it up on pc recently to find people are still playing it. excellent value for money.

i hope the trend continues of re-releasing older games to arcade. my fingers are crossed for MOH:AA.

anyone downloaded this yet to give their opinions?

I still play the original COD (united offensive) on PC now and again, and would like to give this a try. Some peeps have said that the control 'feel' is poor.

I was wondering why there was so much furore about BF1943 but hardly anything about this.

I bought it couple days ago, let me tell ya if your a call of duty 1 fan dont hesitate just get it lol. needs more players online though can rarely find a game.

Im currently going through on veteran which is a joke really as its completely random if you make it or not and the computer characters are no help what so ever. Im on the British missins on the back of a truck trying to escape at the airfield and I take damage while the computer reverses so all I can do is sit there and lose 50% of my health. I would of thought IW would of sorted the random checkpoints by now as all four of their games suffer from this.

Oh well i'll keep going fingers crossed the controller doesn't go through the window
