XBLA - Games not working since NXE update - help!

XBLA - Games not working since NXE update - help!

Hi all.

since the NXE update, none of my arcade games recognise they are paid for full games. I have tried clearing the cache, deleting everything and starting again and still everytime i go into the game it thinks they are trial versions even though it says its the full thing!!

Has anyone else had this? I realise NXE update was about 6 months ago, but i havent been bothered to resolve untill now as i didnt play them much!

Are you online at the time you bought the games and is it the same gamertag you bought the games with?

Have you tried deleting them by going in to system, memory, games and then try downloading them again

Sounds like you are going to need to contact MS Customer Support (oh joy )

Out of curiosity, do they even run as demos?

Yeah, they say Full version from the guide, then i go to play them and it says purchase lol - thought other people might have had the same problem but looks like im a minority!
