[Covert Recon]

Another week, another game with zombies in it!

Had a crack at the trial and quite enjoyed it. Simplistic, small map area, a bit of an update of the old school arcade game Robotron 2084 with you trying not to get surrounded by the horde and firing off in all directions, but with some nice modern tweaks.

Not sure if it's worth a points purchase. Has anybody already bought it and can give a fuller view?

I had a quick go on the trial over the weekend and bought the full game after a couple of tries. Absolutely loving it!

It's like an Arcade version of Left 4 Dead with 4 survivors and hundreds of zombies. I was going through the Single player first to get used to it but the Online is definitely where its at. Get 3 other people in a game and it's great fun. Good for a 10min blast or longer sessions if you want to get through all 50 waves.

If you don't like the trial then you probably won't like the full game. It's basically more of the same with different locations/zombie types/weapons.
The gatling gun is great fun

I bought it last night after the enjoying the demo a couple of times. I haven't played it online yet but hopefully will have a go tonight. If mrs bendanuk is in a good mood that it is!
