This will then (hopefully) become the new sticky thread for all the world to see ! I reckon 1 month is enough time to run this thread to get a good number of votes. So start pouring over those games that had your head spinning and start the agonizing process of ranking them

I only have three games and they were grabbed due to me loving the old n64 and snes versions, nothing else interested me either then or now.

1 Banjo Tooie (Imo the best platform game ever period! and deserving of all 10 of my points)
2 Banjo Kazooie (Great game, not quite up to the standard of it's sequel and much shorter a worthy 9 points though)
3 Bomberman Live (I liked the snes versions of this and this ain't a bad update)

@Hillskill What's going on with this thread are we having a final top 10 or a final however many get voted on? Can you also confirm if Noogleboogleman or yourself is polling the votes in this thread?

@Noogleboogleman If Hillskill gives you the go ahead it would be nice to have a peek at how many games are in the list already.

You can amend your choices until I've posted an updated leaderboard (which I try to do once a day). After that I won't be looking at past top tens, so if there is a game you think might be in your top ten then hold off voting until after it's released.

I totally agree with this, otherwise he'll be here forever, it needs some sort of rule in place and that is it, After he's posted an updated leaderboard containing your votes no amending however :-

I think there's less rush for the results of this thread now you've posted the first update matey, this thread gets a lot less interest too, maybe if there isn't many voters you could even hold back a week or so which would give these last voters (since your updated list update) chance to amend should they so wish.

However Noogleboogleman is in charge of the polling here so the decision is his alone to make and we should abide by it.

I'm still not sure how many of these xbox live titles hillskill wants to create a top ?? of, i think it should be the thread starters decision really so i'm not inclined to comment, i've posted in the main discussion thread looking for answers

1943 is great because of partly what you said, it's a tiny portion of Bad Company. It's so easy to pick up and play, it's greatness is in it's simplicity and it's amazing for an arcade game. Fun for hours on end for a lot of us

That's just what I've been doing, had rightly held off for Trials HD(which is immense!) and now Shadow Complex this week, think I can post my top 10 then. Shame so many have voted already as I think those two games would have ranked far higher, possibly even pushing 1943 off the top spot, it might be difficult to catch now though(will be interesting to see).

I think the appeal of 1943 is the fact there are less options etc - it is more of a pick up and play game. I've not played Bad Company, so I don't know how long the rounds last, but I like the fact you can get 3 or so games into each hour of playing. I used to play Modern Combat a lot on the original Xbox and sometimes the games would last up to an hour! (I'm not saying that this is a bad thing by the way, just different).

There are some cracking games out on the Arcade, with more to come. I know some people who haven't even bothered to look at Arcade games since owning their consoles. I love the fact that you have a game on your HD that is easy to pick up and play. TrialsHD is a perfect example of this.
