This game does look good and I am really hopeful it does make it to XBLA as I think the platform is lacking in really good platformers.

The PC version does have 2 and 3 player co-op (not sure about the PSN version) according to a review over at Giantbomb.com.

According to some follow up posts it might come to XBLA but it's not confirmed:

Hope we do get it on 360 Looks quite interesting, i love the artwork on it.
