MSVCR80.DLL Error When I Try To Open Outlook/.VCF Files

Well i have this problem whenever i try to open Moicrosoft Outlook or any tpe of business card file.

I completly uninstlled, then reinstalled, the complete microsoft office package.

This seemed to work for the first few times I opened up outlook but then i eventually got following error message:

Does anyone know to resolve this problem?
