Best free Internet Cleanup software?

I have been using Internet Cleanup for many years now and it has stopped working completely now so I am looking for something similar which is free to download. Can anyone recommend whats the best free product please that does the same thing?

CCleaner would be the nearest thing. Although, it doesn't do spyware.

Yeah, CCLeaner is the best for cleanup.

And what would you suggest for spyware?
Spybot S&D maybe?

Spybot, Spywareblaster, Ad-Aware, Windows Defender, CWShredder and HiJackThis.
