Vista and terratec 2400iDT

I've recently bought a Terratec 2400i DT Tv card for my Vista HTPC to replace the Hauppauge Nova T 500 card which can be a bit flaky.
I initially installed the 'Vista' drivers from the Terratec website (driver version 260) which all went well until I tried watching live TV when I was presented with the 'no TV signal' screen even though the tuner set up found 70 channels.
Then after searching through various forums I found a separate link for some older drivers (version 255 I believe) which work fine and will go into standby or hibenate, but when I press the power button on the remote it wakes up and freezes, forcing me to cut the power to the PC
Does anyone else have this problem and know of a fix?

I'm running Vista Home premium, MSI motherboard core 2 duo E6600, 2Gb ram, Nvidia 7950 graphics card.

Hi,

I just went through the same issue yesterday. I had read it happened when Terratec bundled XP and Vista drivers into one download.

I used the following drivers which resolved the issue (same version as the latest drivers on their website).

I never tried these particular drivers as there was the newer '260' version available, but I'll give these a go at the weekend.
