EPG - No Data Available

Hi, I have Vista installed on my HTPC, the only problem I am having is that some of the channels have no data available including ITV, even after I have gone to add listing to channels it still does not update it, anyone can help me with this?

Can't help other than to say I had the same problem.

A PVR app of any sorts ain't no good without an EPG, so drastic measures were needed....the the only way I could solve it was a complete trash of the MCE channel info, then a channel rescan, then a retrieve of the EPG & then manually match all the channels up with the EPG info again....fine after that.

Three hours of my life that I'll never get back...worse thing is, I reckon it'll happen again!

The whole area of MCE EPG & prefs.xml seems like a black art!

you've got to say about Microsoft Windows what a ******** operating system they offer, I mean they have been testing Vista for years and years and years, and they still give us problems like with the guide data.
