Re: usb-tv for vista ?

The PC World Dazzle USB is going for £30. No remote and rubbish software in XP but works in Vista by doing the following: Disconnect internet access, insert disk and then insert the stick. Tell the system to use the disk and the drivers will load and correctly identify the USB tuner. Then reconnect internet access and enter Media Centre and go through the TV setup. This worked for me on an Intel chipset based Shuttle. If you allow it to hunt for drivers via Windows Update it identifies the USB stick as a "Realtek 2831U device" and then won't work in Media Centre.

Re: usb-tv for vista ?

I am using the WINTV NOVA-T (USB 2.0) in my desktop PC with Vista and it works with Media Centre really well - and you can use your hard drive to record stuff.

It was £30 for PC World.
