Should I try powerstrip? (Panny 42PX60B)

Ive just built an HTPC with a Fatal1ty HD190, E660 - using onboard graphics - running Vista Ultimate.

Ive seen mention of powerstrip many times - and after playing with the settings of this ATI RX1250 graphics card, I'm thinking I can probably get a better picture.

Can anyone advise? Ive had a read of this article but I'm left more confused than when I started!

Cheers

im not sure how well it supports Vista atm, but it fixed me up good for MCE2005,sorted my 50Hz issues and getting the signal going out properly
