Which TV card

Hi - I am building a media centre based on MSMC 2005 and a cube sized PC

My question is which TV card is considered to be the best. I have read so many articles that my brain hurts

I have an 8x AGP slot and a PCI slot available (both full size)

Is it better to use a combo video/tv card or are separate cards more advisable

Thanks for any help
David
