slight problem when watching movies

Since upgrading to a 6600GT and all the latest drivers (ncluding treating self to PureVideo) I have noticed a slight problem

Every so often I get a line which moves quickly from top to bottom of the screen

I have enabled Vertical Sync which cured a similar problem with my old 9800pro but I still get it when watching movies on the 6600GT
