Scheduled recording from Standby mode

Apologies upfront if this is posted already (I did look, honest!)

Can someone post detailed information on how to wake my PC from Standby to record a scheduled programme in MCE? Are there specific setings in the BIOS and/or MCE itself?

I have set the PC to S3 but cannot see anything obvious to allow me to do what I want. Any info would be gratefully received

Cheers
